Admissions
The Madeleine School is financially and spiritually supported by The Madeleine Parish and is guided by the policies of the Archdiocese of Portland. As a school, we are dedicated to being part of the larger parish and neighborhood community.
2012 Open House Events:
Parent Information Night: Monday, February 6, 7 p.m.
Our annual open house events begin with an evening program hosted by the school principal, Susan Steele, staff and current parents. You will have the opportunity to ask all of your registration and admissions questions and get answers from a teacher, a former student, Parents Club members, and our Admissions Specialist. This event is best attended without children.
This event takes place in our Parish Hall.
Open House Tours: Tuesday, February 7, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Visit the classrooms with your child(ren) and see our students and teachers in action including art, music, science, and physical education classes. Your tour guide will be a current parent familiar with the grade your child will be entering in the fall of 2012.
Tours begin at the school's main entrance.

Priority Registration for Parishioners until February 7:
- Admissions to The Madeleine is based on guidelines set by the School Advisory Council detailed in our admissions application packet.
- Interviews and tours of the school are welcome. Please call our school office at 503-288-9197 to schedule a time.
- To apply, please submit your registration along with the registration fee to our office.
- Formal admission is granted upon receipt of an acceptance letter, entrance screening and a tuition contract from The Madeleine School.
