The Haitian Project needs your help this weekend

We need 40 volunteers Saturday and Sunday...please help!

for sale at the parish hall July 19th -- July 27th from 9 am -- 3 pm

This weekend it all begins, the time we neeed YOUR help to create better lives for children in Haiti through our Haitian Project Garage Sale.

Below, please find dates and times where we need volunteers. If you are able to volunteer for any of the below opportunities, please contact Marilyn Metzler: 503-764-9752  or Sandy Turner: 503-282-3516

Saturday, July 17th, 8:00 a.m.    

40 volunteers needed

Please meet at the U-Store Self Storage units (off NE 28th between Broadway and Sandy, under the overpass -- turn east onto Sullivan Street).  We will pack up large truckloads, then unpack at the parish hall.

Sunday, July 18th, 12:00 noon     

20 volunteers needed -- Meet at Storage unit (See above).

20 volunteers needed -- Meet at Parish Hall to unload trucks.

Monday-Tuesday, July 19-20th

Please call Bob Hulscher (home: 503-282-1216 or cell: 503-756-4168) if you can help with additional loading and unloading.

Saturday, July 24th

We need volunteers to help at the storage units.

July 19th -- July 29th, daily, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Drop by the Parish Hall if you can help any time to sort and organize sale items.

Sunday, August 1st, 1:00 p.m.

30 volunteers needed  

Come to the Parish Hall to box up unsold items for Goodwill pickup.

GARAGE SALE
