Below are the details you need for filling in your social calendar with fun and affordable events from our upcoming auction! You can reserve your spots using the order form in the auction invitation, or by signing up the night of the auction. They often sell-out, so don't delay! Questions? 1. PJs and Popcorn

Parents cash in your token to advance to the nearest mall for a free night to get some Christmas shopping done or perhaps enjoy dinner with your favorite someone (even if that someone is just you!)  Put your kids in their pjs, bring a blanket and pillow and we will take it from there. Dinner, refreshments, games and a movie…what more could a kid want?  Open to children grades K through 5 only.

2. Christmas Caroling with the Teachers

Your Lucky night!  Community Chest says your “Christmas Fund Matures”.  Collect your kids and drop them off for a wonderful night with their favorite teachers.  Simply drop off your children at the Madeleine School after dinner and let the faculty and staff take it from there.  Your children will enjoy hot cocoa and tasty treats in addition to neighborhood caroling.

3. Madopoly Run for the Shamrock ~ Train & Race

Have you always wanted to take up running but didn’t think you could? Starting January 13th, every Friday morning for 10 weeks, your running mentors will get you up and running through the colorful real estate of the Madeleine neighborhood.  It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or a seasoned runner, your trainers will help you through your training to the finish line of the Shamrock Run.  Includes entry fee to race, pickup and delivery of race packets and t-shirt.  We’ll celebrate your victory with a VIP post-race party the day of the Shamrock Run!

4. Madopoly Run for the Shamrock - Race Day Only

Can't join us on Friday's yet still want to have VIP treatment for the big race?  You're in luck. Race Day Only packages are available. This includes Shamrock run registration, T-shirt, delivery of bib number the day before the race, runners goody bag, transportation to and from race, race day concierge and VIP party at the finish line.

5. The Madeleine Middle School Spring Dance

6. Take a Ride on the Disco Railroad

Father-Daughter dance…It’s not just fun and games anymore, the girls want to dance!  This is your chance to show your daughters how you can Shake Your Groove Thing, but please, try not to dislocate anything in the process. Polyester pantsuits and platforms encouraged. So, Superfreak, start growing out your hair and sideburns now (we recognize for some of you that will be a considerable challenge and suggest you get started right away) and get ready to request your favorite disco song on the sign-up sheet! Snacks and drinks will be provided for both daughters and dads. Come and have fun with the young lady or ladies in your life!

7. Washer Toss Fest

Back by popular demand. Washer Toss II! The kids are back in school and its time for the adults to play. Ladies and gentlemen, “Pass GO” and collect your washers for an afternoon of fun and competition. Will you be the team to dethrone last year’s champion?  Here is your shot!  Condino Field will again be the site for this years’ event where you will dine on pizza from Vista Spring Cafe and toss back some cold beer. Once again, pick your partner well...you may be taking home your own special set of board.

8. First Friday at the Madeleine

First Friday on Park Place (aka Susan’s lovely backyard).  Well you might not collect $200 dollars as you pass GO but the Margaritas are priceless!  Attend this Madeleine School tradition of spending the First Friday evening of the school year with friends.  Fill your plate with fantastic Mexican fare then join the casual conversation around the fire pit. Margaritas will be flowing as the sun sets down in the West.  We promise, no demerits or conduct referrals given for rowdy behavior.  Sorry guys, this one is ladies only.

Tonight’s the night to turn in your “get out of jail free” card. There will be plenty of games to play and we guarantee that Monopoly will NOT be one of them. We can also guarantee a testosterone-soaked evening of fun, man-style.  You’ll drink beer from a keg, chow on a big hunk of red meat with all the fixins, and follow it up with a fine cigar and scotch.  Free Parking, you’ll need it, because you’ll have to walk home.

10. The Ultimate Mad Ballers Clinic

Tom & Karen Hughes, Greg Marron

25 lucky kids will experience the ultimate basketball clinic when special host former Trailblazer and Miami Heat player Brian Grant greets them at the Madeleine Gym. Known for his tenacious rebounding and blue-collar defense, Brian will teach the kids lessons about basketball and life. The clinic will be run by Central Catholic coaching staff members and Adidas Basketball personnel.  All participants will receive a deluxe Adidas basketball player bag, personal autographed photo with Brian and pizza party.

Kids Kreations

Our talented Madeleine students have been busy crafting unique and imaginative Pacific Northwest themed artwork, which have been transferred to individual note cards. Each box of note cards contains mini-master-pieces from Madeleine’s talented students. What could be better than writing a hand-written note on a beautiful card featuring your own child’s artwork?
